Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and client acquisition in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and developing long-term relationships that contribute to the firm’s overall success.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.Understand client needs and offer property solutions that meet their requirements.Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and pricing.Follow up with leads and close sales deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and deal information.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Attend property expos, events, and other networking activities.Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.Proven experience in sales or business development; real estate experience is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Knowledge of the local real estate market is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.What We Offer:Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.Incentives on target achievement.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Training and development support.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
