We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the face of our properties, responsible for identifying leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals. The ideal candidate doesn't just sell square footage; they sell a lifestyle and a future.
Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, networking, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
Property Showings: Conduct professional site visits and walkthroughs, highlighting unique selling points (USPs) and technical specifications.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers; manage the end-to-end sales cycle using our CRM.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections with poise and navigate complex price negotiations to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, competitor pricing, and new inventory to provide expert advice to clients.
Documentation: Assist clients through the legal and financial paperwork process, ensuring a smooth handoff to the post-sales team.
Experience: 0+ years of experience in sales (Real Estate, Insurance, or Luxury Retail preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
Resilience: A "thick skin" and a persistent attitude toward hitting targets in a competitive market.
Mobility: Good to have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for frequent site visits.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
