Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive/Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for managing initial client interactions, understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales and design teams to support business conversion. The role focuses on lead handling, client coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries from calls, websites, social media, and references.
Calling on given data .
Understand client requirements and project expectations.
Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales or design team.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and quotation preparation.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for conversions.
Update and maintain lead records in CRM/software.
Share project information accurately with the concerned departments.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Ensure prompt response and professional communication with clients.
Prepare daily/weekly lead status and follow-up reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, telecalling, or customer handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
