### About the Role

We are looking for Business Development Executives / Business Development Managers who are passionate about sales and want to grow with us.

In this role, you do not need to search for clients or generate your own leads. The company provides qualified leads, and your responsibility is to contact them, understand their requirements, explain our services and convert interested prospects into clients.

This is a pure incentive-based role with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

### Key Responsibilities

Contact qualified leads through •phone calls, WhatsApp and email••.

• Understand customer requirements and business needs.

• Explain company products and services clearly and convincingly.

• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospects.

• Handle customer queries and sales objections.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads until closure.

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

• Achieve individual sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

### Requirements

Excellent •communication and persuasion skills••.

• Sales-oriented and confident personality.

Basic knowledge of •sales / telecalling••.

Comfortable working in a •target-based environment••.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Loan Sales preferred.

• Freshers with confidence and strong communication skills can also apply.

• Higher qualification preferred.

• Good knowledge or exposure to:

• Startup Loans

• Business Loans

• MSME Loans

• Government Funding / Loan Schemes
