We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market visits, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Market Visits: Regularly visit potential and existing clients to present our products/services and understand their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
