We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Remote) to join our team at Ziavii. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships virtually, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, video meetings (Zoom/Google Meet), and online presentations
Handle inbound & outbound leads digitally
Build strong relationships with customers via calls, chats, and emails
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Research and implement creative online sales strategies
Maintain and update CRM / Google Sheets database
Provide regular performance reports and feedback to management
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 – 5 years in sales (tele calling / inside sales preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + basic English)
Good understanding of online selling (calls, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Comfortable using laptop, internet, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home

Stable internet connection
Personal laptop/smartphone
Quiet working environment for calls
