9. Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance the company's brand presence.
10. Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Coordinate internally to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields preferred).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and skilled in professional email writing.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Analytical thinking to identify opportunities and craft strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general documentation tools.
