Visit schools and colleges to generate student leads.
Approach other computer training centers for business tie-ups and collaborations.
Visit IT and related companies to build partnerships for student placements.
Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Generate business through existing/old calling data.
Maintain strong customer relationships to gain referrals and repeat business.
Plan and execute marketing strategies with a focus on cost-effective promotions and lead generation.
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and tie-ups.
Maintain records of visits, calls, and lead conversions.
Daily reporting and office visit during opening and closing hours is mandatory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to plan marketing strategies with a cost-reduction mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers or candidates with experience in marketing, sales, or education field preferred.
