As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving student enrolments and promoting our training programs. You will connect with potential learners, understand their learning goals, and recommend the right courses. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
Identify and engage potential students through calls, emails, and social media.
Explain course details, features, and benefits to prospective learners.
Convert inquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new lead-generation strategies.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
Ensure a positive and professional student experience throughout the admission cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Prior experience in sales, counselling, or EdTech is an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is desirable.
