Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Guidance

Counsel students and parents on career options, online/offline courses, and suitable universities.

Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and program details.

Guide students throughout the application and enrollment process.

2. Telecalling & Communication

Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and ensure conversions.

Maintain a student-friendly and professional approach during counselling sessions.

3. Admission & Operations Support

Assist students with form filling, document verification, and application submissions.

Coordinate with university partners and internal teams for smooth admission processing.

Track applications and provide timely updates to students and management.

4. Business Development & Outreach

Identify new opportunities for partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions.

Participate in education fairs, webinars, and student engagement activities.

Support in lead generation activities and contribute to achieving business growth targets.

5. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and updated student databases/CRM records.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly counselling/admission reports.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive student information at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).

• Experience: 0 – 6 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
