Job Description: Business Development Associate (BDA) / Field Sales Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) / Field Sales Executives to promote and expand participation in educational Olympiad examinations across schools.
The role involves visiting schools, meeting Principals and Headmasters, presenting the benefits of Olympiad programs, and motivating students to participate. This is a field-intensive role suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
Meet Principals, Headmasters, and school management representatives.
Explain the concept, benefits, and value of Olympiad examinations.
Build strong relationships with school authorities and obtain participation approvals.
Conduct student interaction sessions and motivate students to enroll for Olympiad examinations.
Address queries from school management, teachers, parents, and students.
Achieve enrollment and participation targets assigned by the organization.
Maintain records of school visits, meetings, and conversions.
Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to the Team Leader on a daily basis.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation or even a undergraduate.
6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Education Sales, or related roles.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to interact confidently with school authorities and students.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
