Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Destination Advisor to assist travelers in planning and booking memorable trips. The role involves understanding customer travel preferences, recommending suitable destinations and packages, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer travel needs, budgets, and preferences

  • Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel packages

  • Provide detailed information on hotels, sightseeing, transport, and activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners for bookings

  • Assist customers with trip planning, documentation, and pre-travel guidance

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages

  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

  • Maintain customer and booking details in CRM systems


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset

  • Passion for travel and destination knowledge

  • Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines

  • Willingness to learn travel systems and processes


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
