Business Development Executive

Your Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard voice room hosts / agency partners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts and teams

- Support new hosts with training, activation, and performance growth

- Track host performance and provide ongoing guidance

- Achieve recruitment and revenue goals based on monthly targets

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in host, agency growth, or online communities, [better to have resources for hosts, agencies and voice room users]

- Familiar with voice chat platforms or social apps

- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Bonus: Existing network of potential hosts, or agents

- English and local Hindi language speaking preferred
