Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: Recruitment / HR Consultancy
Gender: Female Only
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Location: Pan India (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities:

New clients (corporates, hotels, malls, companies) ke saath business development
Client meetings, presentations aur tie-ups close karna
Recruitment services ka pitch dena (Bulk hiring / Lateral hiring)
Existing clients ke saath relationship maintain karna
Payment follow-up aur agreement coordination
Market research aur new business opportunities identify karna
Travel across Pan India as per business requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years ka experience in Business Development / Sales / Recruitment
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident personality & client-handling skills
Willing to travel Pan India
Target-oriented & result-driven approach
MS Excel, Email & basic CRM knowledge preferred
