Role Summary:

As a Relationship Manager (Home Loan & LAP) at Jana Small Finance Bank, you will be responsible for sourcing new customers, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth in the secured loans segment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing, approval, and disbursement of loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers for Home Loan• and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits, references, connectors, and DSA channels.

• Identify potential customers and understand their credit requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with the credit•, operation, and legal teams to ensure timely loan sanction and disbursement.

• Ensure all documentation and KYC norms are adhered to as per bank policies.

• Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

• Uphold the brand image and deliver superior customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Home Loan and/or LAP sales (from Bank/NBFC)

• Strong understanding of local market (Ranchi and nearby regions)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented individual with a passion for sales

• Basic knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes
