Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Telesales)
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in telesales . The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to generate leads and close deals.

• Convert potential leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Confidence in handling telesales calls and face-to-face meetings.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
