Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Counsel prospective clients about products/services and recommend suitable options.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, telemarketing, or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Strong follow-up skills and time management.
