### About the Company
Divine Astrovastu is a growing company providing Astrology, Vastu and consultation services to clients. We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and contribute to business growth.
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups and other sales channels.
* Communicate with potential customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain company services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
* Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers.
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
* Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.
* Identify opportunities for repeat sales and upselling.
* Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
* Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a good customer experience.
### Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Inside Sales preferred.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Strong Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
* Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
### Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Conversion, Consultancy, Astrology, Vastu, Education, Real Estate, Insurance or other target-based sales roles will be preferred.

* Number and quality of follow-ups
* Daily calling activity

* Customer retention and repeat sales
### Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided based on sales achievement.
### Working Hours
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
