Job Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking.
Identify and connect with potential clients who require digital marketing services.
Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present customized marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals successfully.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.

Required Skills

1–3 years of Business Development experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong lead generation and sales closing abilities.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience handling B2B clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
