💼 Role: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking

• Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify potential clients

• Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business opportunities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Represent the company professionally during meetings and events

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Corporate Sales preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also apply

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities
