Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to generate leads and build client relationships through WhatsApp and email outreach. This role is focused on communication, follow-ups, and initiating conversations with potential customers.Key Responsibilities - 📧 Draft and send professional outreach emails to prospective clients. - 💬 Initiate and maintain WhatsApp conversations with leads. - 🔎 Identify and collect contact details of potential clients from provided sources. - 📊 Maintain records of outreach activities and responses in a structured format (CRM or Excel). - 🔄 Follow up consistently to convert initial conversations into meetings or calls. - 🤝 Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads. Requirements - Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, professional). - Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email etiquette. - Basic knowledge of lead generation and client engagement. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle repetitive outreach tasks. - Prior experience in business development or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory. Performance Metrics - Number of outreach messages/emails sent daily. - Response rate from prospects. - Number of qualified leads generated.
