About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution — from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base for Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services.

The BDE will be responsible for selling the following services:
Website Development (Corporate, E-commerce, Custom Websites)
Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter)
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing)
Custom Software / CRM / ERP Solutions
Website Redesign & Maintenance Services
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Convert leads into long-term business opportunities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate leads via:
LinkedIn outreach
Email campaigns
Cold calling
Freelance platforms & B2B portals
Identify and target potential clients across industries
Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
Interact with clients to understand project scope and objectives
Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and execution
Deliver clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
Negotiation & Closure
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
Close deals and ensure timely conversions
Follow up consistently to convert warm leads
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status
Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work in a performance-driven environment
Required Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing)
Knowledge of lead generation tools & techniques
Good negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
Salary & Benefits
