Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets (calls and project closures)
Make a high volume of daily sales calls and ensure consistent follow-ups
Maintain regular and structured follow-up with clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of projects
Actively track and manage the sales pipeline
Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Requirements
Minimum 0.6 - 4 years of experience in a hardcore sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Energetic, active, and enthusiastic approach toward work
