Business Development Executive

·         Business Development:

o    Identify and acquire new clients (corporates, offices, institutions) for products like stationery, cleaning supplies, IT cartridges, printing services, personalized gifts, signages, and branding solutions.

o    Develop lead generation strategies, pitch products, and close sales deals.

·         Customer Service:

o    Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

o    Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and address any issues.

·         Sales Support:

o    Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio (e.g., combining stationery with signages).

o    Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

·         Coordination:

o    Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and quality.

o    Work with suppliers to meet customized client needs (e.g., personalized gifts or branding materials).

·         Reporting:

o    Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.

o    Analyze customer data to improve service quality and identify sales opportunities.
