Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services

  • Generate sales through direct interaction, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales transactions

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation as required

  • Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business

  • Handle customer objections, negotiations, and basic issue resolution

  • Ensure proper communication of offers, pricing, and policies to customers

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager

  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
