Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Generate sales through direct interaction, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales transactions
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation as required
Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Handle customer objections, negotiations, and basic issue resolution
Ensure proper communication of offers, pricing, and policies to customers
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities
Time management and follow-up discipline
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, or sales software (preferred)
