Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
Identify and target potential B2B clients for logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.
Manage and update customer databases, lead pipelines, and sales records.
Prepare and share accurate quotations with prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Handle professional email communication and client correspondence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and lead generation goals.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using MS Excel.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Support management in business development and expansion activities.
Attend client meetings and presentations as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.
Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, CHA, export-import, or supply chain industries will be preferred.
