Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients for logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.

  • Manage and update customer databases, lead pipelines, and sales records.

  • Prepare and share accurate quotations with prospective clients.

  • Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Handle professional email communication and client correspondence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and lead generation goals.

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using MS Excel.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Support management in business development and expansion activities.

  • Attend client meetings and presentations as required.



    Preferred Candidate Profile

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.

    • Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

    • Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, CHA, export-import, or supply chain industries will be preferred.
