Should Attend Inbound / Outbound Calls. And maintain data in proper format
Contact New Clients and provide appropriate information about our product 2/3 wheeler
Appointment of Dealer on provided leads
Gain quick knowledge of our Products provided by the company
Contact new or existing customers to inform them about our Services
Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly
Answer the questions and concerns of New and Existing Clients, Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
Identify, assist in appointment and management of Dealerships across whole of assigned region
Customer Relationship Management-Building relationships and retention
