Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT/Software Sales and Client Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring domestic and international clients, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer and other online platforms.

• Identify and acquire new domestic and international IT clients.

• Handle cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach.

• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals, quotations and presentations.

• Follow up with prospects, conduct meetings and negotiate pricing.

• Convert leads into projects and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Handle Government Tenders, GeM, RFPs and EOIs.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical, project, finance and other internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Maintain CRM, lead database, sales reports and proposal records.

Software Development, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Website & E-Commerce Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, AI/ML, Government Solutions and other IT services.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BE, B.Com or equivalent.

• MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.

Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of independently generating leads, acquiring clients and closing IT/software projects.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
