Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals in the field of AI software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for AI-based software solutions

  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Identify pain points and match AI use cases with client requirements

  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospective clients

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into client-friendly proposals

  • Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations

  • Manage and update leads/opportunities in the CRM system

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and relationships with prospects and existing clients

  • Track sales KPIs and contribute insights to improve sales strategy and pipeline

  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries, segments, and decision-makers

  • Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech

Qualifications and Other Details 

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / B2B Software Sales / SaaS / Tech Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools 

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or interest in learning AI solutions is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Marketing

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Comfortable working on-site at Bhayander, Mumbai

  • We prefer Mumbai-based candidates for this role
