Position: Business Development Executive

Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for independent lead generation and sales. No leads or walk-ins will be provided by the company; all business must be generated through personal prospecting. The role involves client interaction, proposal support using in-house software, and coordination with the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads independently and convert them into sales
Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship building
Prepare estimates and proposals using in-house software
Achieve minimum sales bookings (initially 1, then 2 per month)
Report progress and updates to the Branch Manager
Work fully from the office / on-site
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate (any discipline)
Fresher or 1–2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
