Job Summary
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base in the pharmaceutical distribution segment. The ideal candidate has stable, hands-on B2B pharma or healthcare sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and is comfortable with field visits to stockists, distributors, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation in the pharma/healthcare trade.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, distributors, and institutional clients.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
● Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
● Coordinate with the CRM and dispatch/logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet targets.
● Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with any CRM tool is a plus.
