Job Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships and closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.).

  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to showcase CultClicks’ expertise.

  • Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver customized proposals and solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.

  • Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetups, and client meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to identify pain points and offer relevant solutions to clients.

  • Experience in using CRM tools to track leads and sales progress.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
