Requirements:
1+ years of IT sales or software solution selling experience
Experience in website, CRM, ERP, or SaaS product sales
Ability to handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Familiar with LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing for lead generation
Understanding of technical offerings with the ability to prepare proposals and presentations
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for IT products and services including website development, CRM, ERP, and SaaS solutions.
Handle inbound leads and actively pursue outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns
Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand requirements and pitch relevant solutions
Prepare and share technical proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and closures
Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and custom requirement discussions
Maintain CRM and lead pipeline trackers to manage follow-ups and reporting
Provide feedback to the technical team for product and service improvements based on market insights.
