Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive

lead generation and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for outbound sales, customer engagement, and identifying new business

opportunities to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate leads and acquire new clients through outbound calls, networking, and

follow-ups.

● Engage with potential customers, understand their printing needs, and identify sales

opportunities.

● Conduct detailed probing to offer the best-suited print products and solutions.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

● Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and propose tailored solutions

to maximize sales.

● Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer value.

● Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends to effectively

communicate value propositions.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM/database.

● Address client inquiries, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

0.6-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in

B2B/printing solutions).

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.

● Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable making outbound sales calls.

● Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an added advantage.
