Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up on leads provided through marketing, social media, and referrals.

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.

  • Understand client requirements for residential or commercial interior design projects.

  • Schedule meetings and present suitable design and service solutions to clients.

  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Build partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and architects for lead generation.

  • Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate).

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to handle client calls, identify needs, and convert leads into deals.

  • Proactive, confident, and target-driven attitude.

  • Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
