Build partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and architects for lead generation.
Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to handle client calls, identify needs, and convert leads into deals.
Proactive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
