To drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships by identifying business opportunities, pitching agency services, and converting leads into active clients.
Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and networking
Maintain and update the lead database & CRM tracker
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and decision-making authority
Pitch Cosmic Entertainment’s services (Digital Marketing, Branding, Ads, Social Media, Video, Performance Marketing)
Schedule discovery calls and requirement meetings
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations
Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and approvals
Close deals and onboard new clients smoothly
Ensure proper documentation & handover to execution teams
Maintain strong client relationships post-closure
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction and retention support
Share daily activity reports and weekly sales updates
Coordinate with Accounts & Operations for invoicing and onboarding
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Negotiation and objection-handling ability
Understanding of digital marketing & agency services (basic to intermediate)
CRM, Google Sheets, Excel proficiency
Professional email & WhatsApp communication
6 months - 1 year in Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing
Experience in agency / marketing / SaaS sales is a plus
