Job Title: Customer Delight Officer (Inside Sales)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20, Udyog Vihar Phase I

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Delight Officers. The role involves handling lead generation, inbound calls, and inside sales with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation and profile management.

Handling inbound sales calls.

Managing customer queries through voice process.

Driving sales targets with unlimited incentives.

daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilitity

Ability to meet targets and deliver results.

Perks & Benefits:

Salary up to ₹25000 per month + unlimited incentives

PF , ESIC are excluded on Third Party Payroll

Incentives would be daily , weekly and monthly

9Hrs shift & 6 days working , Rotational Shifts (Including night shifts)
