Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct regular field visits to hotels, residential societies, builders, homes, and retail outlets to identify and generate new sales leads.
Assess and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and collecting detailed requirements for further engagement.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Interact with potential clients and retail partners to understand their automation requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, society representatives, builders, and business owners.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
Share customer insights, requirements, and lead details with the senior sales and operations teams.
Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales executives based on qualified opportunities.
4. CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Track lead progress and provide regular updates to internal teams.
5. Market Research & Customer Insights
Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to support marketing and sales strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
6. Professional Representation
Represent the company in a professional manner during all field visits and client interactions.
Consistently uphold the company’s brand image, values, and standards.
