Job Overview
Coming Keys is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
Generate leads through calls, networking, and site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Follow up with potential clients to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with prior experience in sales/real estate will be preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate market (for experienced candidates)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
