JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive / Sales Representativetohelp us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discoveringandpursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’srapid and sustainable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying new business opportunities
Building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets
Prospect for new business across assigned territories or accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
REQUIREMENT
1-3 years of experience of GT Sales for a FMCG company in Bangalore
Previous experience with Foods/Staples category is a plus
Previous experience with an Emerging or Regional Brand is a plus
Excellent verbal and communication skills
High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well
A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination
Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team
