Inside Sales Associate – Admissions
Location: Gurugram (WFO)
Industry: Education / EdTech / Admissions Consulting

About the Role

We are looking for a focused and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate who can drive student admissions for Colleges. This role requires someone who understands sales, is confident in communication, and is committed to converting student inquiries into successful enrollments.

If you are target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping students secure the right college, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups

  • Understand student requirements including course preference, budget, and career goals

  • Guide and counsel students on suitable colleges and programs

  • Drive the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment

  • Build trust and maintain strong follow-up with students and parents

  • Coordinate with partner colleges for admission processing

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM

  • Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
