Present and explain products to customers via online chat in a clear and engaging way.
Manage and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Stay on top of all incoming leads and ensure timely responses.
Apply sales closing techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Follow up with potential customers to drive decision-making and maintain engagement.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications.
Work exclusively during US business hours no morning shifts available.
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English (US grammar and tone).
Proven ability to sell products or services in an online or chat-based environment.
Fast and accurate typing skills to handle multiple conversations efficiently.
Strong memory and attention to detail able to recall customer conversations and preferences.
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or US-based business processes preferred.
Comfortable working exclusively during US business hours.
