Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client meetings.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Pitch IT products, solutions, and services to potential clients.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (IT sales preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of IT products/services and a passion for technology is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
