Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Identify and qualify potential clients.
Schedule meetings and demos with prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Relationship Management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred
Experience in IT Sales or Software Services (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms.
