Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions for training programs

• Conduct professional consultations with potential learners to explain offerings

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales/enrollment targets

• Maintain and update lead pipelines through CRM and follow-up systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech or education sales

• Strong track record in course or program selling (offline/online)

• Fluency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Any educational background, but a strong passion for sales is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in other South Indian languages is an advantage

• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
