1 Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and databases.
Qualify leads based on business needs, volume potential, and budget.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and interactions.
2. Product Knowledge & Consultation
Understand and explain the company’s products and services (e.g. packaging materials, labels, cartons, printed marketing materials).
Offer solutions based on customer requirements, including customization options.
3. Sales Conversion
Prepare and present quotations over the phone or via email.
Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms within authorized limits.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle inquiries, provide after-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
Manage customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
5. Reporting & Feedback
Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and conversion metrics.
Provide market and customer feedback to the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of printing and packaging products
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Good organizational and time management skills
