Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and closing sales. You will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on product knowledge.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Follow up with potential leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
