Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and develop new revenue streams (corporate orders, catering, events, bulk orders).

  • Build relationships with local offices, colleges, and residential communities.

  • Develop promotional campaigns to increase footfall and repeat customers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Partnerships & Networking

  • Establish partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions.

  • Collaborate with event organizers for café pop-ups or sponsorships.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for cost optimization.

3. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).

  • Coordinate with social media team to enhance brand visibility.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies.

4. Corporate & Event Sales

  • Pitch catering services to companies and institutions.

  • Organize in-house events (open mic nights, themed evenings, workshops).

  • Prepare customized proposals for bulk or event orders.

5. Reporting & Strategy

  • Track sales data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion.

  • Monitor ROI on marketing activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or hospitality.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Knowledge of local market trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in F&B, café, or restaurant industry.

  • Existing local corporate or community contacts.

  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media promotions.

  • Monthly revenue growth percentage.
