Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Paint Consultant (Sales) to join our team in Shahdara, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting paint products, understanding customer requirements, and providing expert advice on colors, finishes, and application methods. The candidate should be passionate about interior/exterior design and possess excellent sales and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their paint-related needs.

• Recommend suitable paint products, colors, finishes, and quantities based on customer requirements.

• Conduct on-site visits for consultation when necessary.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales.

• Maintain product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the store/warehouse to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in paints, building materials, home décor, or a related industry.

• Good understanding of paint types, finishes, and color schemes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused approach with a pleasant personality.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Local candidates from Shahdara or nearby areas preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass
