We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Operations to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end order processing, coordinating dispatch activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily operational functions. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, including booking, validation, and execution.
Issue delivery notes and sales invoices accurately.
Manage order processing activities such as checking, loading, planning, and dispatch.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and dispatch.
Follow up on product availability and ensure timely procurement.
Generate purchase receipts and invoices.
Monitor daily order allocation and ensure accuracy.
Ensure correct materials are dispatched and billed.
Handle day-to-day inbound and outbound operations.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Assist in developing and improving operational strategies and processes.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in MS Excel,ERP systems,MS Office,Time Management,Strong Communication,Confident,Coordination is an added advantage.
